Brooklyn, NY – Six-Car Collision on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway
Brooklyn, NY (April 28, 2019) – Police responded to the scene of a six-car collision on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway that caused injuries to four people.
Police arrived at the scene of the accident around 9:45 p.m. on Thursday night around the area of the Kent Avenue exit. The accident took place in the westbound lanes of the highway.
The multi-vehicle accident left various damaged vehicles and delays in the area. Two lanes of the roadway were closed for quite some time while police worked to clear the scene.
Police are not sure of the circumstances that caused the accident and caused four different people to the hospital. The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
