Long Beach, NY – Police Searching for Man Accused of Raping Minor
Long Beach, NY (May 31, 2019) – As of Friday, May 31, police are actively conducting a search for a man who has been accused of raping a minor in the area of Long Beach. The wanted suspect is believed to be 35-year-old Rafael Sanchez but police have not provided a description at this time.
According to police, Sanchez is believed to have raped an underage girl, however, neither the time of the incident nor any further details regarding the abuse have been released. At this time, it has been confirmed that Sanchez is being pursued but authorities have not provided any information on the alleged victim.
Police are currently asking anyone who may have any information on Rafael Sanchez to please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. An award of up to $5,000 is being offered.
